How to obtain this document?

The extract from the central file is issued by the municipality.

People not domiciled in Wallonia but who would like to buy or adopt an animal in the Region must contact the Service Public de Wallonie to receive the document:

by mail via the address fichiercentral.environnement@spw.wallonie.be (active from July 1st)
or by post to the address: Service Public de Wallonie - Directrice Générale du SPW Agriculture, Ressources Naturelles et Environnement - Avenue Prince de Liège 15 - 5100 Jambes.

The request will contain the applicant's first and last name, national register number and home address. The extract will then be delivered within a maximum period of two weeks.
